Crains Manchester reports that Chorley-based consumer debt group W3 Debt Solutions has undergone an MBO fromits previous owner Begbies Traynor.

It said no price was given for the transaction and neither Begbies Traynor (AIM: BEG) nor W3 were available to confirm the deal.

It said W3, which trades under the name of National Money Helpline, was advised by the corporate team from Manchester law firm JMW.
